Aaron Richardson is a dedicated husband, father, businessman, and coach for children’s pastors. He brings expertise in evaluating processes, identifying stress points, and developing creative solutions across ministry, business, and family settings.

With over 17 years of experience equipping children, parents, pastors, and ministry teams, Aaron focuses on cultivating strong, Spirit-led families and next-generation leaders. He holds a degree in Children’s and Family Ministry from Christ for the Nations Institute, has launched and directed a Kingdom School for young creative leaders, has served as an assistant director of Kids for the Nations Summer Camps, he also applied his operational and leadership strengths to help build and scale a home services company, demonstrating his capacity to drive growth and operational excellence in both nonprofit and business environments.
